Welcome! I am Angie, wife to one and Mamma to 8, going on 9! This is my place to talk about taking care of this body that the Lord has given me. Staying fit can be challenging, but is very important to me. I want to be able to do the work God has for me to the very best of my ability!
Until today, I have NEVER done any workout except T-Tapp. A friend, who is a pilates instructor, came over today to teach me new workout, specifically for the pelvic floor. Based on previous discussions ;) I think that you might be interested in it.
Misty I really like what I see on that site.....Do I have to buy something? I didn't have time to look around much.I already am concentrating on those types of things.....Strengthening my buns/thighs etc.I am trying to do tons more squatting instead of bending at the waist.Just squatting in the garden ALONE this year is going to give me a huge workout! lol
I suppose that if you don't have a friend to teach you the moves, like I do, you would have to buy it. But it sounds like you are doing a lot of the types of things in this workout. I like that every single move is specifically geared towards the pelvic floor, which is what I NEED right now..... I indeed have a prolapse - 3 in fact - uterine, bladder AND rectal. Not my idea of fun and I desperately need to nip it!
Jared said that next time we go to town (which won't be until this weekend) he's going to buy it for me so I can do my Peak 8... er... Peak 10's. :) (Of course, maybe I'll only make it to 8 minutes each time!!!)
SO, ya doin' the whole thing?? Or a few? Or what? LOL. Looks FUN!
